In all civil and criminal cases, the judge's copies of the motion and notice of hearing must be provided to have the motion placed on the judge's calendar. A judge's copy of any re-noticed hearing must be provided to have the motion placed on the judge's calendar.

Reference the Judge's name, not the referee, on your motion and motion card.

In addition to a judge's copy of every motion filed, in all Family Division cases, motion cards MUST be filed with your Notice to insure being added to the Judge's motion calendar for that day.
