COVID-19

Vaccine Registration

The Kent County Health Department (KCHD) is currently conducting Phase IA and Phase 1B of COVID-19 vaccinations. Please carefully review the criteria to ensure you are eligible to receive the vaccine before scheduling an appointment.

Please note: We are currently scheduling vaccination appointments four to six weeks out.

At this time, appointment availability is limited due to the supply of vaccine. Additional appointments will be added as vaccine supply increases so please check this page frequently for updated appointment availability.

In order for the COVID-19 vaccine to be effective, individuals must receive a second dose 21-28 days after their initial vaccination, and it must be from the same manufacturer. For that reason, it is important to schedule an appointment at the same location for both doses. When scheduling your vaccination appointment, please ONLY schedule your first dose appointment as second dose appointments will be scheduled during your first dose appointment.

Vaccinations for the Kent County Health Department are provided at 700 Fuller Ave. NE in Grand Rapids. If you need assistance scheduling an appointment, please call 616.326.6992.
