Tuberculosis (TB) Clinic Visits

These clinic visits are for those patients who have recieved a positive TB test. A referral from a provider is required for an appointment at the TB clinic After your provider has faxed the referral form, a TB nurse will contact you to schedule an appointment. Only residents of Kent County are evaluated at the TB clinic.
