Anyone can purchase a death certificate as long as they have the name of the person at the time of death and the date of death.

In Person

Death records can be purchased at the County Clerk's office. The charge for a certified copy is $10.00 for the first copy and $3.00 for each additional copy of the same record.

Online

The search fee is $10 and includes one certified copy and $3.00 for each additional copy of the same record. A convenience fee also applies to your order total for online requests. Search and convenience fees are non-refundable.
